Breakfast Today: No nuts today! No, sir. How about a generous ration of Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on Whole Wheat Tortilla?! It was so good I had a second one also. The second one had apple slices on it, a very nice combination. I finished the remainder of the apple by itself.
Lunch Today: Though that is still a half hour away, I expect I’ll be eating the PB&J on WW that is sitting cold in the car. And the apple slices. I’ll let you know if there is any change to that plan later.
